Exchanges/Returns

• Please email us a photo of the item you would like to exchange or return, along with a brief description of the purpose of exchange. Our email is address is: contact@cocolocojewelry.com
• We accept returns of any unworn item within 30 days of original purchase date.
• We will then contact you back with all of the exchange information.
• We will only exchange damaged items for the same exact item unless it is out of stock.  All exchanges must be approved.
